Certificates are just a piece of paper. So is most art. It’s drawn on a piece of paper. Which one matters more, the piece of art or the certificate? I’ll take the art.

great interview

i was really wondering does it matter how many certificates you have?
i mean do you have to take alot of courses and stuff to have certificates..i dont know maybe to prove that u can work on a certain program or something..??
or just having the talent is the most important thing?

Yeah, I’m working for a small editor in italy, end entered same as you in dreamweave, I mean I guess in the same way as you..but I think they laugh the same at my presentation. Obviously is not the same of you cause you were entering in the world public knowledge

XaVoR85, Everybody’s gotta have a dream! Well they weren’t so much as laughing at the contents of my portfolio but more of my presentation. It was more than poor to say the least and showed my inexperience!

Hey Alvin! That was a very laid-back, interesting, but definitely inspiring interview!

You make me very angry. But it’s a good anger!

Keep up the awesome job. You made a lot of very good points, e.g. the getting angry, the getting inspired by others, the views on new media and techniques/technology.

Thanks for being (to me) a pioneer on being a next-gen comic book artist.
